ABOUT THE FOUNDER 

Welcome to Franly! 

Francisca Herodes founded Franly Advisory AB in order to continue to work in assignments that contribute to a well-functioning society. This is often done in collaboration between different types of actors from the private sector, public sector, academia and the civil society. 

With Francisca's expereinces from organisational and business development roles, often in leadership positions with a broad range of various actors, both in Sweden and internationally, solid counseling and new perspectives are offered. She has been an advisor in societal development in both consultancy roles supporting companies and as an employee in local, regional, national and EU/international contexts.

Francisca's assignments have for more than 20 years been change management, analyses and evaluations, strategic communication and advocacy strategies. She has an in-depth knowledge about local and regional development, business promotion, innovation, cultural environment and heritage. She has also spent many years working with local attraction and opportunities to connect global foreign companies and actors with a geographical market in the Nordics. Her knowledge about the impact of  external factors and especially how EU influences the development of the society has during several years deepened thanks to post graduate studies in political science. In addition, Francisca is a skilled speaker and has a strong experience in strategic communication, planning and implementation of events, including moderation, from a variety of conferences, workshops and talks.
